Aneta has spent more than 15 years working at the intersection of people and business, supporting leaders and teams through the challenges of managing people, building relationships, shaping culture and navigating organisational change.

Her experience as an HR Business Partner and HR Manager means she has seen first-hand what happens when a company’s values look great on paper but fail to show up in everyday working life. She knows that culture does not change through another initiative. It changes through conversations, decisions and behaviours repeated every day.

Today, Aneta combines HR expertise, coaching and business experience to help leaders communicate more clearly, give better feedback, lead others with greater awareness and translate culture into something people actually experience.

She brings empathy, pragmatism and a strong understanding of business reality to the room.
