This privacy policy explains how your personal data is collected, used and protected when you visit hellohappypeople.com (our “website”) or get in touch with Happy People Consulting. Happy People Consulting is a brand used for corporate consulting, training and workshops delivered from Poland. We want to be open and clear about how we handle your information.
Who is responsible for your data
Happy People Consulting is currently a brand operated by two individuals — Izabela Kawczynski and Aneta Kubinowska — rather than a separately registered company. They jointly run this website and jointly decide how enquiries submitted through the contact form and our business email are handled. For these website enquiries, Izabela Kawczynski and Aneta Kubinowska act as joint data controllers.
You can contact either controller about your personal data using our shared email address, hello@hellohappypeople.com, or by post at ul. Kazimierzowska 46/48, 02-546 Warszawa, Polska.
Where you register or pay for a workshop or event, some of your data is handled by other organisations as part of that separate registration process. This is explained below.

Enquiries through our website or by email
You can contact us using the contact form on our website or by emailing hello@hellohappypeople.com. When you do, we receive the information you choose to share — such as your name, email address and the content of your message.
We use this information only to read and respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence.
Registering and paying for workshops and events
Registration and payment for our paid workshops and events take place on Evenea, an external event-registration platform. When you follow a link from our website to register, you leave our website and complete the process on Evenea.
Cukier Puder Sp. z o.o. is the seller of our paid events sold through Evenea. This does not make Cukier Puder Sp. z o.o. the operator of the Happy People Consulting website, and it is not responsible for enquiries submitted through our contact form. Any registration and payment data you enter on Evenea is handled through that external registration process. We do not collect card or payment details on our website, and payments are not processed on our Framer website.
We do not determine how Evenea or Cukier Puder Sp. z o.o. process your registration and payment data on their own platforms. For details of that processing, please refer to the privacy information presented to you during the registration process on Evenea.
Website hosting and technical data
Our website is built and hosted using Framer. Like most websites, Framer’s servers may automatically process limited technical data needed to deliver the site securely and reliably — for example your IP address, browser type and basic request logs.
Our business email is hosted with Hostinger, which processes the emails you send us and our replies.
Cookies and similar technologies
We aim to keep cookies to a minimum. Some cookies or similar technologies may be strictly necessary to run the website and keep it secure. We use a cookie banner, built with Framer, together with Google Tag Manager, to manage which optional cookies and tracking technologies run on the site. You can accept or reject optional tracking, such as that used for marketing measurement, at any time using the cookie banner.
We have not yet finalised the full list of individual cookies used on this website and their exact retention periods: [TO CONFIRM BEFORE LAUNCH — cookie list]. Before the site goes live, this section will be updated with details of each cookie, its purpose and how long it lasts.
Marketing measurement
We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, deployed through Google Tag Manager, to measure the effectiveness of our marketing.
The LinkedIn Insight Tag is configured to run only after you have given consent for advertising cookies. You can accept or reject advertising cookies at any time using the cookie banner on our website; if you do not consent, the tag will not load or track you.
Service providers we use
We work with a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, only as needed to deliver their service to us:
Framer — building and hosting our website.
Hostinger — hosting our business email.
Evenea — event registration and payment, handled through its external platform.
Google Tag Manager — used to deploy the LinkedIn Insight Tag.
LinkedIn — marketing measurement, only after you give consent for advertising cookies.
Purposes and legal bases for processing
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we must have a valid legal basis for using your personal data. The bases below reflect our current understanding and will be confirmed before launch where marked:
Responding to enquiries — to answer your questions and communicate with you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps at your request.
Running the website securely — to keep the site working and protected. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website.
Event registration and payment — when you register or pay for an event, that processing is carried out by Evenea and Cukier Puder Sp. z o.o. on their own platforms, under legal bases that they determine. Please see the privacy information provided during the Evenea registration process for details.
Marketing measurement — only if and when you give consent for advertising cookies. Legal basis: your consent.
How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected. For enquiries submitted through our contact form or by email, we keep your correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a reasonable record of that exchange, after which it is deleted or anonymised. This is separate from registration data for workshops and events, which is retained by Evenea, and from payment and accounting records connected to ticket sales, which are retained by Cukier Puder Sp. z o.o. in line with their own retention practices and any legal requirements that apply to them — see their own privacy information for details.
International transfers
Some of the service providers we use, including Framer, Hostinger, Evenea, Google Tag Manager and LinkedIn, may store or process data outside Poland, including outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, each provider is responsible for putting appropriate safeguards in place under its own policies. Your data-protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you have the right to: access your data; ask us to correct it; ask us to delete it; object to or restrict certain processing; ask for a copy in a portable format; and, where processing is based on consent, withdraw that consent at any time.

If you have concerns about how your data is handled, please contact us first so we can help. You also have the right to complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO).
