Izabela is an international facilitator, consultant and learning designer with more than 20 years of business experience and a career built around one question: what actually helps people change the way they think, work and lead?

She has designed and delivered leadership, sales, communication and change programmes across global organisations, working with senior leaders, commercial teams, managers and cross-functional groups across countries and cultures.

Before returning fully to consulting, Izabela also worked inside organisations in senior People & Culture roles. That matters to her work today: she understands the reality behind the brief, the pressures leaders are under and the difference between something that sounds good in a workshop and something people can actually use on Monday morning.

Facilitation is where all of that experience comes together. Izabela designs learning as an experience rather than a presentation. Her sessions are energetic, highly interactive and carefully structured, combining strong business content with storytelling, challenge, practice and conversation.

She is equally comfortable working with a leadership team on change, developing sales capability, helping managers communicate more effectively or designing a learning journey from the ground up.
