Maciek brings more than 20 years of international leadership experience, including senior roles with Disney and Fox International Channels, where he led and grew businesses across multiple markets. His international experience includes leading teams spanning 20 nationalities, 16 countries and three continents.

Today, he combines that executive background with coaching, mentoring and leadership development. His work focuses on confidence, resilience, strategic thinking, communication and helping people perform without losing authenticity.

Maciek also has specialist expertise in neurodiversity and ADHD coaching. As a certified ADHD Life Coach, he supports professionals in building greater clarity, balance and self-awareness, using a highly personalised approach rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
