With more than 20 years of executive and Board-level experience, Maria has led organisations, built teams, redesigned structures, introduced new ways of working and helped businesses navigate significant change as a Managing Director, Board Member and advisor.

Today, she works at the intersection of strategy, organisation and people. She helps leadership teams get clear on direction, priorities, roles and decision rights, and then examine whether the organisation around them is actually set up to make the strategy happen.

Her work combines strategic thinking, executive experience and facilitated conversations that surface misalignment and move teams from complexity to clarity.

She is particularly effective when a business has a clear ambition but its structure, systems, leadership behaviours or culture have not yet caught up.
