Vesna is an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), CNVC-certified trainer, mediator and intercultural specialist who works with leaders and teams across the private, public and non-profit sectors. Serbian by origin and based in Poland, she brings a genuinely international and bicultural perspective to her work.

Since 2011, her work has spanned executive and team coaching, facilitation, mediation, action learning, intercultural development and long-term leadership programmes. She specialises in inclusive leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, Nonviolent Communication and restorative practices, particularly when people with different perspectives, backgrounds or needs need to find a way forward together.

Vesna is also deeply engaged in restorative justice and empathetic communication. She is the author of Alfabet empatii, Meet Me Halfway and Konflikt – szacunek – zgoda. NVC w praktyce biznesowej.

Her approach combines depth with practicality: she creates space for honest conversations while helping people move towards greater understanding, responsibility and action.
