Questions

Do I need the recipient's name when I book?No. We'll contact you by email after purchase. You can provide the name then or later.

How will I receive the voucher?Choose a PDF sent by email or a printed voucher delivered by courier. We'll confirm delivery arrangements and any applicable shipping costs with you.

What if they can't attend on 29 January?You can transfer the workshop place to someone else on your team. Just let us know and we'll prepare a new named voucher.

Is the letter read aloud?No. They read it quietly, just for themselves.

Are the self-assessment results shared with the employer?No. Only the participant sees their results.
